• Employee screening and interviews
• Hiring strategy development

These Services are intended for business clients (B2B), and any use of our Services must be for lawful, professional, and business purposes only.

3. ELIGIBILITY

To use our Services, you must be a business entity or an authorized representative of such an entity, with the authority to engage and bind your company to these Terms. If you are using our Services on behalf of a business, you warrant that you are authorized to do so.

4. SERVICE FEES

The fees for our recruitment services are agreed upon before the commencement of the services and are typically based on the recruitment needs of the client. We may charge fees based on hourly rates or fixed project costs depending on the specific agreement.

Payment is due within the time period specified in the contract or invoice. Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in the agreement.

5. PAYMENT AND INVOICING

All payments must be made in full within the agreed timeframes. If payment terms are not specified in the contract, payments are due within 30 days of the invoice date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if payment is not received in a timely manner.

Clients agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment details you provide are correct and up to date.

6. REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of our services, refunds are typically not available once the work has commenced or the candidate has been placed. However, in cases of dissatisfaction with our services or unfulfilled obligations, clients may request a review.

If a refund is deemed appropriate, it will be issued at the discretion of DEV SEARCHERS LTD and only after a thorough review of the case. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days.

7. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

The client is responsible for providing all necessary and accurate information related to recruitment needs, including job descriptions, candidate qualifications, and company-specific requirements. The client is also responsible for granting us access to the relevant systems, databases, and information required to provide our services effectively.

It is the client’s responsibility to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to employment, recruitment, and data protection, including GDPR or similar legislation applicable in the client’s jurisdiction.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Your Property: The client retains ownership of all intellectual property related to its business, software, and materials provided to us for the purposes of recruitment and placement.

Our Property: All proprietary tools, methods, and techniques developed by DEV SEARCHERS LTD during the course of providing services remain our intellectual property, and nothing in these Terms grants the client any rights to such proprietary information.

Test and Placement Materials: Any custom materials or reports created as part of the recruitment process (e.g., candidate screening results, interview feedback, and candidate evaluations) become the property of the client upon full payment for services rendered.

9. CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all confidential information shared during the recruitment process, including personal data of candidates, internal business strategies, and proprietary information. We will not disclose your information to third parties without prior consent, except where required by law or as part of the recruitment process.

Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) may be signed at the client's request to further protect sensitive information.

10. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time, provided written notice is given. Upon termination, the client is responsible for paying for all services provided up to the termination date, including any work completed or candidate placements made.

Upon termination, all client data and materials will be returned, and any outstanding fees will be paid according to the terms of the agreement.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DEV SEARCHERS LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or from any errors or omissions in our recruitment process.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific services directly giving rise to the claim.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. CHANGES TO TERMS

DEV SEARCHERS LTD reserves the right to update and modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes to these terms by posting an updated version on our website. By continuing to use our services after such changes, you accept the revised Terms.
