2. NATURE OF SERVICES

DEV SEARCHERS LTD provides professional recruitment services for the IT industry, including but not limited to:

  • Talent acquisition and recruitment services
  • Screening and shortlisting candidates
  • Candidate placement
  • Consulting on recruitment strategies and best practices

Our services are delivered in the form of consultation, recruitment support, and placements. Since these services are intangible and related to professional advice and recruitment, our Return and Refund Policy is outlined below to ensure clarity and fairness for both parties.

3. REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Given the nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided once the service is performed or the candidate is successfully placed with the client. However, we understand that there may be exceptional circumstances. In such cases, the following applies:

  • Refund for Unsuccessful Placement: If we provide a candidate to a client and, within 30 days, the candidate fails to meet the requirements outlined in the initial agreement, you may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to review and at our discretion. In such cases, we may offer to replace the candidate or refund part of the fees.
  • Service Cancellation: If services are cancelled prior to the completion of work, refunds may be provided based on work already completed and incurred costs. Cancellation must be made in writing to contact@devsearchers.ltd.
  • No Refunds after Candidate Placement: After a candidate is placed and accepts the job offer, no refunds will be issued. The placement is considered final once the candidate has signed the employment contract.

4. SERVICE CHARGES AND BILLING

Our standard recruitment service charges are agreed upon before the commencement of the recruitment process. All charges are non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly agreed upon in writing.

If you request a refund, it will be processed within 10 business days, after confirmation of eligibility, to the original payment method used.

5. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

If you believe that you are eligible for a refund or have concerns about the services rendered, please contact us directly at contact@devsearchers.ltd. Your refund request must be made within 30 days from the date of service delivery or candidate placement. Each request will be reviewed based on its individual merits and circumstances.

6. EXCLUSIONS

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Failure of the client to provide timely and necessary information for the recruitment process.
  • If the client decides to cancel or withdraw from a recruitment search after work has already commenced.
  • If the placement is successful, but the candidate leaves voluntarily or is terminated due to performance reasons after the placement.
  • If the client’s hiring needs change after a candidate has been placed.

7. NO GUARANTEE OF SUCCESSFUL PLACEMENT

While we strive to provide the best candidates and ensure a successful recruitment process, we cannot guarantee that every candidate placed will remain with the client for the long term. Our services focus on providing qualified candidates who fit the criteria provided by the client. Our liability is limited to the recruitment process and does not extend to candidate performance or retention beyond the initial placement.

8. GOVERNING LAW

This Return and Refund Policy, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
